What you will contribute
- Lead daily detailing execution, quality checks, and hands-on coaching.
- Inspect vehicles and document pre-existing conditions before work
- Select safe products, tools, and processes for the surface and service
- Complete wash, preparation, correction, protection, or interior work to the assigned quality standard
- Perform a final quality check and communicate exceptions
What we will evaluate
- Careful vehicle handling and attention to finish quality
- Ability to follow chemical labels, PPE guidance, and safe work sequences
- Role-level experience may be demonstrated through work history, portfolio, or the observed practical exercise
