What you will contribute
- Lead daily capacity, coordination, service recovery, and operating standards.
- Coordinate schedules, capacity, travel, dependencies, and customer commitments
- Keep accurate dispatch and service records
- Communicate delays, conflicts, and recovery plans early
- Maintain composure while prioritizing safety and service quality

- Ability to learn scheduling, dispatch, and recordkeeping tools
- Ability to resolve a conflict-heavy scheduling exercise
